Our Story

Founded in Manly, Sydney by Phil Wallach, Mitch Bourne, and Sam Bourne, ComplyFlow was created to simplify compliance and risk management across industries. The team developed a robust platform meeting the highest standards for regulated industries.

ComplyFlow secured its first major civil construction clients, establishing a foundation in an industry with complex compliance needs. These partnerships helped refine the platform while addressing real-world challenges in safety compliance.

ComplyFlow won Australian Catholic University and the Department of Home Affairs as clients, marking entry into education and government sectors. This expansion demonstrated the platform's versatility beyond construction.

ComplyFlow was engaged on the $1.6 billion Toowoomba Second Range Crossing project with Ferrovial Agroman Australia and Acciona Infrastructure. This project refined their offerings while managing compliance, contractor safety, and plant management for a major infrastructure development.

The company launched its first international project (D4R7) in another language, marking ComplyFlow's initial steps toward global operations and demonstrating platform flexibility across regulatory environments.

ComplyFlow won "H&S Solution of the Year" at the Australian Construction Awards, establishing industry leadership in safety compliance. Qantas became the first aviation client, replacing Avetta and showcasing the platform's ability to serve highly regulated industries.

ComplyFlow joined the Investment NSW Global Export Program, bringing industry expertise to UK markets. The company targeted UK businesses seeking efficient compliance management solutions for complex regulatory environments.

ComplyFlow achieved AWS Qualified Software status, reinforcing the platform's security, scalability, and reliability. This certification validated the company's commitment to enterprise-grade infrastructure and positioned ComplyFlow to better serve clients with stringent data security requirements.

2024 marked the completion of comprehensive system refactoring and a new design system launch. These improvements delivered enhanced user experience and positioned ComplyFlow for its next growth phase with more powerful features across all industries.
